The Moores family has been baking biscuits in Dorset since before 1860. The bakery in Morcombelake was established in 1880, where the fifth generation continues to make more than ten varieties of traditional biscuits - from mouth-watering cranberry and butter biscuits to Dorset Gingers and the famous Dorset Knobs.

Fordington is the only true village within Dorchester, and the Green is surrounded by talented artists and photographers. Unique to our Shop is the Fordington Village Bakery Biscuit Selection (right) featuring souvenir post card. The striking image of St. George's Church was produced by our neighbours Graphic Photo Arts, from an original water colour by former Fordington resident Brian Smith. Wedding or christening guests often buy a box after the ceremony. These Moores biscuits make a perfect present for relatives or friends.

Rumour has it that Craig’s locally-produced

milk tastes better than the supermarket stuff

but fewer milk miles are unquestionable!

We also stock their rich range of cheeses - from Farmhouse Coastal Cheddar to Dorset Blue Vinney and now Dorset Red.

Craig's luxury ice cream blocks are produced in 12 exciting flavours, including Lemon Cheesecake and Toffee Fudge.
